Cancelation Policy

• Cancellations will be considered only if the cancellation request is emailed at booking@smrutilane.com within 6 hours of placing an order.
• However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a booking confirmation email is not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on booking@smrutilane.com. In such a scenario, we shall verify the transaction and send you the confirmation within one working day.
• Government charges or payment gateway charges (e-Payment charges) are not refundable on cancellation of bookings.

Refund Policy

• The booking amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. In case, after booking you decide not to avail the services, you can email us at booking@smrutilane.com and the balance amount will be waved off.
• You can also reschedule your booking by informing by email on booking@smrutilane.com, 72 hours before the commencement of your booking. In case, if you fail to do the booking will be termed as cancelled.
• In case, if the studio is closed on the day of the shoot due to some unavoidable situations, we can reschedule your shoot to a mutually convenient date.
